Kyo is a calm and soft-spoken angel who really appreciates life and looks at things in a positive light while still being realistic in a way. He has a nurturing soul and can get panicky when someone gets themselves in a dangerous situation. Kyo also has good memory and whenever Aito needed help finding a spell in the spellbook, Kyo would quickly find the spell he's looking for, since he managed to memorize where a lot of the spells are.
Past
Kyo's mom told Kyo that he has this energy where he attracts people no matter where he goes, and Kyo didn't understand what she meant until he entered middle school. Many students approached him, wanting to be his friend or more, and despite Kyo having a reserved personality, he was able to keep some of those friends til high school. Some of his friends describe him as "shy" because of how often Kyo wasn't coming to their hangouts. Kyo made it clear to them that if they were going to hang out with each other, he prefers not to go to parties unless it's with a small group of people.
Kyo had a normal life, but there was one thing that bothered him throughout his years. When it comes to his energy of attracting people, he of course had people who developed romantic feelings for him or ask him out on dates, and Kyo wasn't interested in dating. He's focused on his career and isn't interested in dating. His friends would try to set up blind dates for him, but Kyo, who rarely showed his anger, got mad at them and they stopped setting up dates. Kyo promised them that if he starts looking for a date, he'll come to them for help.
Kyo managed to work in the corporate world and managed to make good friends, however he was more honest than back then and made his boundaries clear to them. One day, he was invited to a drinking party with his coworkers and he agreed to it, which was unusual for him to agree to a party, but Kyo wanted to detstress from the work he's been getting. After the party, Kyo was completely sober and didn't get into anyone's car, as he wanted to walk by himself. As everyone dispersed, Kyo walked himself home and there was a red light in the road. He walks over to the crosswalk, but was suddenly hit by a drunk driver, and he lost his life.
Afterlife
When Kyo arrived at the afterlife and was told he had died by a drunk driver running over him, Kyo panicked. He had many plans for his future and the fact that he died so young stressed Kyo out. He was then assigned to guide a human so he could go to heaven, and Kyo slowly accepted his situation. He had to look after a human who was the embodiment of a crazy ex girlfriend. Kyo was incredibly stressed being the human's guardian angel, but he still made sure that she wouldn't do anything unbelievably harmful. Kyo eventually got used to his job and when he saw how her life has been going and the people she's around, Kyo was able to learn new things and be more open minded.
While the human's actions aren't justifiable, Kyo came to understand where she's coming from and how she grew up. He felt compassion towards her and wants to guide her to the right path, so he tried his hardest to work things out for her. Finally, it seemed like she had gone into an amazing path for herself, and Kyo had to say goodbye to her. It was a bittersweet goodbye as the two of them became close friends. She saw Kyo as his best friend, and is forever thankful that he was her guardian angel. After the two finally separated from each other, Kyo didn't have to do anymore jobs, he was free to rest up in heaven and gain wings.
Kyo misses her sometimes and would visit her, but he moved on as he saw that she had married the love of her life and has a family right now. Kyo started guiding her when she was 16 years old, and Kyo had always seen her as a little sister, and seeing her grow up like this made Kyo see her as his daughter. Kyo then spent his time developing new hobbies and people-watching when he came to heaven. One day, he visited the afterlife and bumped into a spirit named "Aito". He noticed how stressed the spirit was and he saw himself in him when he just started as a guardian angel. Kyo offered to help Aito, and the two of them became good friends. While Kyo wasn't with Aito every time, he would teleport to Aito quickly when Aito calls him for help.
Somehow, he got himself in a new adventure with a spirit and a human.
