Count Lucio

The Count is an incredibly gifted magic user, most well known for their creation of magical artifacts and arcane imbued crystals. They use these crystals to enhance their own abilities, as well as those of their partners, Blazing Vengeance and Crowned Jewel. Lucio is somewhat stoic and very proper, and many assume they're stuck up. Once you get them to open up, however, they can be relatively talkative, and will often ramble about their latest project or discovery. They find small talk and idle conversations to be dull, though they'd never say so, as doing so would be rude. They have been known to experiment on wild animals and even other ponies, which is what led to their initial exile and subsequent discovery of Jewel.
