Blunt and abrasive, Musta doesn't always come off as the friendly sort. Easily intimidating due to his size, others tend to avoid him which suits Musta perfectly. He prefers not to talk whenever possible, letting his skills with an axe tell others all they need to know about him. In spite of this, or perhaps because he tries to keep all of his conversations short, he's quite apt at reading people, and will cut straight to the heart of any situation that a more socially graceful person might dance around. Though others may call his actions selfish and self-aggrandizing, he doesn't let the words of others distract him from his goals. - Appearance
Musta's appearance is very ramshackle; he simply puts on whatever pieces of armor he feels like that day, often forgoing most of the suit entirely. Tall and wide, Musta manages to loom over others, even when he doesn't intend to. He is very proud of his moustache, which he managed to grow while travelling with Corsas. He is never found without his trusty axe. - Likes

- Backstory
Born in the impoverished areas of the capital, Musta dreamed from a young age of joining the Elite Royal Guard of Cortosia. Their gleaming armor and weaponry always seemed to be just the right path for Musta, a kid with very little in terms of academic knowledge. It was through this path he hoped to serve his country, and earn the respect of his peers. His path was sidetracked, however, when one day he found a young boy being pushed around in an alley. Quickly jumping to his aid, Musta's shock at discovering the boy was in fact the prince himself was immeasurable. His faith was shaken to the core; why weren't the Elite Guard, whose duty was to protect the Royal Family, around to protect the member that obviously needed it the most? Unable to let such a dire need go unfilled, Musta began accompanying the prince whenever he was outside the castle walls, and when he went to the academy in Tengra Musta followed closely behind to make sure the kid wouldn't be torn to shreds by the other students. Of course, years later when Corsas wanted to leave the country on a pilgrimage Musta wouldn't take no for an answer and gleefully packed up his axe and journeyed into the unknown, ready to make sure that none of their party would get hurt that didn't have to.

Prince of Cortosia and main source of Musta's concerns. Often insists that Musta goes overboard with his watchfulness, but Musta takes that as a sign that he's doing his job properly. Avid follower of Jakonism, which Musta doesn't quite understand. - Ashela
Show-off Soldier
Soldier of the Cortosian army and way too uptight as far as Musta's concerned. Their first meeting was indicative of how their relationship has gone, with Ashela tackling a shadowy figure trailing Corsas who she thought was an assassin. It was Musta. - Apanno
Work-out Partner
Holy warrior of the Tengra Jakonites, and fellow strength enthusiast. Though Apanno claims his strength comes from his faith in Jakoni and the light in the world, it's all the same to Musta. They met during one of Corsas's first visits to the Tengra church. - Trivia
