- a cloud fairy banished into mortality for accidentally turning the royal cloud princess into a weather vane (undoable but with permanent side effects)

- can levitate, it being the only semblance of magical power left in her

- the rest of her weather changing magic is stripped away

- eats marshmallows

- likes nightime, stargazing, sleeping during the day
