Biography
Hydrachlora Phina is an extraterrestrial hailing from the distant planet Hydra. They are one of the managers of the Hydra Hub alongside their twin Hydrachlora Mina, and appear together as the station's mascots. Phina manages more of the Hub's entertainment and commerce sections, due to being a social butterfly. Phina is very fond of Racing Season and has extensive knowledge on its history and cultural significance.

Trivia
When Phina and Mina are together, Phina does all of the talking for Mina. Phina is frequently out and about greeting the station's guests, and checking in with the station's merchants and service providers. The office space that they do have hardly gets used because they take their managerial work with them. They and Mina succeded Hydrachlora Accelo as the managers of the Hydra Hub after Accelo wanted to dedicate their career to managing the Cold Racing Season's festivities.

My name's Hydrachlora Phina. I'm one of the Hub's head-honchos and I'm responsible for your enjoyment of this gigantic station. I record every snack that gets sold, every concert and every show that's held here, and every arcade game that gets installed here.
You'll probably see me around the station at some point, 'cause I like to check in with my guests and sellers.
