Biography
Hydrachlora Mina is an extraterrestrial hailing from the distant planet Hydra. They, alongside their burly twin Hydraclora Phina, currently manage the Hydra Hub, and appear to the very mascots of the Station as well. Mina handles more of the information exchange aspects of the station since they are quite the bookworm. Mina is mute due to an underdeveloped voice box, and communicates with Hydra Sign Language. They also occasionally whistle to express emotions.

My name is Hydrachlora Mina. I am one of the managers in charge of making sure the Hydra Hub runs smoothly. I specialize in ensuring the smooth exchange of universal knowledge through this gradiose facility, and to the connected research facilities organized by our people.
