He’s a take no shit give no shit type of man, he is not afraid to hurt your feelings if you push his buttons. He doesn’t have many friends due to him being a closed book and has a hard time letting people in. It’s not that he has a lot to hide, he just favours his privacy and rather keep it that way. He does spend most of his time working at the bar since the tips are nice along with some of the regulars. He finds it interesting to hear different stories of those stumbling in, those down on their luck, or those just out to have a good time. He’s sort of a people watcher to say the least.

He does have a soft side when it comes to his step son, he’s super protective over the brat and helped he believed it helped them both out. He was introduced to her son when the boy was 13, meaning Viktor really had to watch what he said and did early on to set a good example. It was clear the kid needed one the kid liked setting fires for fun to get some sort of attention from an absent mother. He kinda saw himself in the child and didn’t wanna see him turn out like himself.

Viktor does have some Mommy Issues due to his own mother being very manipulative and absent as well from his life. When she wasn’t around he had to take care of everything around the house along with caring for his younger sister. He had to mature early but still craved his mother’s affection so when she was around he’d do everything in his power to make her happy hoping it would make her stay. It never did, she only realized she could play with his emotions in hopes of receiving the praise he’d always crave. She’d insult him, manipulate him into staying home if he had plans so she could go out, would steal money from him when he had a job, and expected him to raise his little sister while mom was out with a new guy every few weeks.

He’s still hard to read when it comes to how he feels about certain people, he doesn’t enjoy being vulnerable due to it causing pain in the past every time he’d let his guard down. He has a lot of regrets and constantly wishes he could do certain parts of his life over to hope for a better outcome but why constantly dwell in the past when your present almost reflects it ?

He’s just a tired dad that needs a break in his life. He’s tired of the same old shit, he needs to break away from his usual habits to get some spice in his life but boy howdy is that fucking HARD. He’s doing his best and tries to better himself any way he can.
