The Devil
From a distance, Dione's large wings and regal stature grant her the appearance of someone holy -- a Daiten who has done the good deeds to earn herself ascension. Her true nature is only revealed by getting closer, enough to see the number of eyes she has, the split in her chin where her second mouth is: Dione is a corrupted Daiten, whose evil thoughts and actions have left a permanent mark on her body.
Dione is not afraid to call herself evil. She hunts other Daitens and takes their halos for herself. If she tries to wear them, they shatter, so she puts them on the staff she carries to admire. Her goals are inscrutable, but if she succeeds she will undoubtedly bring more evil into the world than good.
