Peepers is a cat that loves to creep others out and get funny reactions, she might have a little mean streak and sometimes her pranks go to far.   

Size:   Small toy sized

Fur  Type:  Rough patchworks of material, a fluffy mane of fax fur  

Eyes:   Yellow Green / Dark Green

Tail:     Her tail and back are a following tank of green goop full of eyeballs

Stuffing:  Her stuffing is purple and cotton like, she rips some at her head to look like 'brains' coming out but its all soft stuffing 

Antenna Ears:  
   Peepers is really only down for fun and games but she has her father's antennas and they pick up all sorts of broadcasts and frequency. She can open her mouth and play some back even for some of her tricks. 

Eatable Monster Goo:  
   Taking after her Mother's side, she has  a tank and tail of goop,  but she appears to be non lethal or poisonous and more so like candy and sugar based. Her eyeballs are also jelly candies.
