Locke comes off as kind and gentle at first glance, the soothing chimes of her bells filling rooms and and area she graces. to be on her good side is a blessing, and something anyone would reccomend. Her smile is genuine, and her intentions true, but should you not have the money to pay for her services, she might just place a hex on you. To hear her bells following you after such an event would surely lead to disaster. Imagine tax collectors, except they can come into your house...

As a self proclaimed, all-knowing prophet of love, Locke prides herself in giving out fortunes pertaining to love of all kinds. Whether it be platonically, familial, romantically, or that of rivals, she feels that she can provide those who come to her with their woes the right answers...for a price.
