Alou can create silk threads which place individuals into a complete stasis on touch. This locks them into an unalterable state, frozen in time. They cannot be damaged or moved by any outside source except for Alou. They do not experience any effects from damage over time (poison, burning, etc) though this itself doesn't cure those effects.

Limitations:

• Alou cannot shoot the threads, only place them using his fingers. He must place traps or apply them by touch.
• They can be easily destroyed by outside forces.
• The person is still aware of things said and done around them, so this doesn't work to disorient individuals.
• Threads which are active will disintegrate on their own after a minute if he doesn't consistently continue to apply them.

With Scylla:

When using Scylla, he freeze any number of individuals at once.

Personals

Personality: Alou seeks to sympathize with others, and is observant of their feelings and expressions.

He can be a little impulsive, especially when running on his emotions. He doesn't seek to dominate in conversation- discussion is not a fight, but a collaboration.

He's humble and sensitive, easily emotionally flustered, but quite stubborn when it comes to those he cares about. He has a tendency to value others above himself, but at the same time frequently finds himself disappointed by what he sees in others.

History: Alou's family, the Danse Macabre, gained power through years of blackmail, hostage situations, assassination, and other crimes, and he is no exception. Though his demeanor and temperament is kindly and amiable, he is steeled to acts of violence and crime and thinks nothing of it.

This doesn't mean his life was leisurely by any means-- his family fronts as politicians, doctors, lawyers, and other powerful people. Alou himself is a medical director, with all the requisite degrees. He used to be a surgeon, famous for using his quirk to operate against the clock of death.

He and Elisha were childhood friends, with Elisha even naming Les Agneaus Blancs after Alou. They still frequently perform favors for one another, though neither is directly involved in the others' group's machinations.
