Hi~ I had to go double-check and the original code I used was one of this person's freebies! I would share it but they seem to periodically take some of their old codes down and this one seems to be gone (or I just can't find it) so I feel bad sharing it around after it's been taken down by its creator, hope you understand,,,

With that being said, a few of the ones they currently have available (both free and paid) look very similar so I'd recommend taking a look through those maybe? I edited a handful of things in the original code and will be editing it a bit more very soon but basically the main changes I made were changing some colors to get the black and white for all the text bits, changing the names of some of the tabs and, probably most crucially, the background pattern (here's the link to the image, it's straight out of the JJK website). Even if it isn't a perfect 1-to-1 match I'm pretty sure this will be enough to give any template the exact same vibe!
