Mintaka's Links
Mintaka is fiercely loyal to Aurion. No one is closer to Aurion than he is. Though, his worship is somewhat selfish... he hopes that eventually, Aurion will grant him wings. But he'd do anything to earn that reward - anything.
Mintaka is a fantastic second-in-command. He brings in new members, delivers gifts, and keeps things under control. She knows Mintaka wants something more from Aurion than what she's given to him... she's just not entirely sure if she can grant it...
His beloved daughter. He would do anything for Saiph, and he knows she will become a beloved ruler of the island. She takes after her mother, wings, horns, grace, and all.
Rigel, the detestable first-born aurubi of Aurion. To think he is of Alnitak's blood. Surely, it was a mistake to allow that bloodline into her own. But she seems to love him, and his feelings aside, he must serve. At least Aurion has the sense not to make him the heir.
The Left Star is necessary, if only barely. Aurion is more than capable of convincing any potential enemies to recognize her greatness... she doesn't need a knight to do it for her. The thing about Alnitak that Mintaka appreciates most is his absence.
The Right Star is the spiritual leader, but he's weak. He relies too heavily on Aurion's influence. There will come a time where his cowardice and pride will be his downfall.

Castor, the second-born aurubi. He shall always be in the shadow of his betters, but Mintaka must serve him, all the same. That is, until Aurion comes to her senses and casts him out officially.
The Right Star has never much cared for him, but he knows his place well enough to never speak openly on his distaste.
Mintaka recalls how Capri was lost to the waves. To see he survived... he is relieved. To learn he lived on the Isle of vices, though... he is... less so. To think, a... eugh, 'son' of Aurion spent his life debased by the lesser-minded kind who sought easy pleasures instead of embracing a higher purpose.
