► Personality

- Bubbly :: It is VERY RARE to see her anything other than happy.  She likes the idea that laughter is contagious, and tries to live her life by it.
- Gentle :: Jolene doesn't have a mean bone in her body... she just doesn't know how to be mean in the slightest.  She can try, but just sounds silly in the end.
- Confident :: It doesn't matter how you try to put her down, be it her looks, her job, or anything she does.  She takes pride in who she is, and everything she does.
- Interactive :: She tries to participate in as many activities as she can.  It's her best excuse to make new friends, which she loves to have.
- A little airheaded at times :: It's not intentional, but there are times that her mind just tends to wander, especially after nights that she didn't get much sleep.

► History

Jolene grew up in a very supporting, and loving family, with an older sister who taught her how to love everyone, and all the world around her unconditionally.  Though her family loved, and adored her to the moon and back, when the marshmallow kid was in her younger years, she had a hard time loving herself as much as they did.  She didn't like the way the other kids picked on her for her weight, or teased her for being unable to keep up as easily with everyone.  After so much teasing, there was a short period in her life that she refused to eat so that she could lose weight... and the whole ordeal had her sent to the hospital, where she almost died.  After a tear-filled talking to from her parents, and her sister, Jolene agreed to start eating again.  Just the sight of seeing her family so distraught over her was enough to scare her into making sure they never worried over her so much ever again.  It was decided from then on out that she would rather be comfortable with herself, happy with how she looked, and not try to worry about what anyone else thought about her. 

As she grew older, she moved out on her own to Jarr to start a life of her own, and has been a happy, carefree marshmallow ever since.  She still keeps in contact with her family, and enjoys being able to talk to them whenever something happens in her life, be it good or bad.

► Likes

✔ ANIMALS--Small, big, fluffy, not-so-fluffy, feathery, scaly, slimy... she loves them ALL
✔ Anything vanilla flavored.  She likes other sweet flavors, but vanilla is by far her favorite.
✔ Surprisingly, scary movies.  For whatever reason, Jolene LOVES the feeling of being spooked.  On a side note, Halloween is her favorite holiday.
✔ Pajamas.  Once she gets home, she wastes NO time changing into her comfiest pjs.
✔ Slip on shoes.  They're just comfortable.  Heels hurt her feet, and she prefers not to have to tie her shoes if she doesn't have to.
✔ Anything soft, plush, or fluffy.  She can't help but to want to cuddle up into whatever it is.  You better believe her bed is made up of a mountain of pillows and the softest blankets.
✔ Soccer.  It's her favorite sport to play, be it with people, or with animals ♥
✔ Baking.  She LOVES to make cakes, and cookies in particular.
✔ Music.  It's very rare to see her without her ipod playing while she's working, at home, walking around town... or just ever really.
✔ Karaoke.  Oh god, if she's taken out for it, she will not leave the stage, and will constantly beg people to come up with her.
✔ Dancing.  She can dance by herself, but she definitely prefers to have someone to dance with, so she's not the only one making a fool of herself.

► Dislikes

✘ Dark clothes.  She likes them on other people, but doesn't think she looks good in them.
✘ Overly salty foods.  She just prefers sweets.  There's nothing else to it really.
✘ Suuuuuuper hot weather.  If it feels hot enough for her to fry an egg on the sidewalk, she won't be caught outside.
✘ Overly cheesy romantic movies.  It's not uncommon to find her snoring halfway through one.  She really tries to stay up if watching with a friend, but it's rather difficult for her to do.
✘ Being contained in one place for too long.  She likes to move around, and be active, and hang out with people, so staying too long in her apartment gets her pretty antsy.
✘ Not much really.  She's a pretty happy character in general.

► Extra Information

✿ Despite her intense love for animals, she does not own one herself.
✿ Lives in a small, one room apartment.
✿ Has a bad habit of bottling any bad feelings anyone may give her.  She tries to never show anyone she's upset because she doesn't want anyone to worry over her.
✿ Smells like freshly baked birthday cake ♥
✿ She adores little kids too...she just prefers animals.
✿ Jolene only drinks REALLY sweet alcohol.  She can't stand beer, or anything too terribly strong.
✿ She is most comfortable when the weather is colder, but that won't stop her from going to the beach.
✿ Her freckles are super colorful, and show up more when she's been under the sun for a while.
✿ She wants to dye her hair something fun, but is actually too nervous to do so.
✿ Has two simple black studs in each of her earlobes, and four colorful helix piercings in her left ear.
