APPEARANCE

During work hours, the doctor is wearing a plain blue long sleeved button up, black dress pants, a striped dark blue and yellow tie, and a white doctor coat. All paired with his famous white bone hat that sits on top of his head. He has blue eyes, made prominent by his long eyelashes, a clean shaven face, and a shaved head. His hair color is brown, though not visible during work hours due to the white paint on it.

He is always seen with a wide grin on his face, his smile marks and slight wrinkles made visible, making him appear friendly.

Off work, he is simply “Gabriel”. No facepaint, no bone hat, no coat. He appears as an average guy and dresses like one, seen sporting basic, plain attire.

TRIVIA AND NOTES

• Despite being british,Trousers does not have the accent. He has been using an American accent since moving to the US, and over the course of the years, his original accent has faded. To others, he sounds mostly American.
• Due to Trousers absence of empathy, he is not able to commune emotions or symapthize with others. Therefore, as a child, he often people watched and practiced mimicking emotions and tones into a mirror.
• Trousers's childhood house still stands today but has been abandoned for years. Everything inside is still left untouched, just the way it was before the docter left- now overtaken by nature.
• The doctors real identity is kept hidden from patients. He is simply known as "Dr. Trousers".
• He is allergic to apples
• Trousers will maintain his smile no matter what. Even if he is undergoing great physical pain.

PERSONALITY

Trousers presents himself as a intelligent, charming, friendly, and empathetic person. He is socially outgoing by nature and loves to be involved in big social circles,..especially when he is the center of attention. However, he does bare a big secret..the true authenticity of his portrayed personality. Behind the act, Trousers is not who he plays. In reality, he is an extremely narcissistic individual that cares for no one but himself. He'll always put himself above others, doing whatever he desries, with no regards to the consequences. He has a god complex; inflated feelings of personal ability and infallibility.The doctor craves power,always seeking the feeling of superiority. He has no empathy at all, incapble of understanding or feeling what others do. He finds others pain and suffering amusing, which is why he endulges in his "hobby" very often. He shows no mercy to anyone, simply using them to fulfill his own desires, then getting rid of them when done- both literally and figuratively.

HISTORY

Trousers has been this way since he was a child. Nothing triggered it, nothing “created” him or "made" him turn out the way he is. He was simply born this way, it has always been his nature.

RELATIONSHIPS

Gray Allard

Patient turned nemesis. Introduced at the clinic after a plumbing incident where his finger was severed, Trousers treated Gray and continued to manipulate him into showing up for “appointments” in an attempt to damage his psyche, and eventually torturing and killing him. Much like everyone else, Gray bears no significance to the doctor. His purpose was to entertain him, then be disposed of.

Asher Barnes

Asher is Trousers obsessive stalker, kept as a "pet". They met in Trousers house, after Trousers saw a camera flash coming from his closet. In an attempt to simultaneously scare and punish him, Trousers drugged and amputated Ashers right arm. To his surprise, Asher only managed to fall even more deeply in love with him. Asher is head over heels for the doctor, whereas the doctor feels absolutely nothing towards him, simply using him for sexual pleasure and egoistic purposes, then disposing of him.

Jean Duka

Jean was a patient of Dr. Trousers. After their first meeting at the clinic, the doctor had suggested counseling for him and his younger husband, which is what roped him into his universe. That meeting has lead to the loss of an eye, cheating, and a near divorce. Jean does not care about the crimes Dr. Trousers has committed but despises him for what he has done to him and his husband. The doctor sees him as nothing but a former patient. Temporary fun.

Adam Wardours

A former patient of the doctor, alongside his husband, Jean. Adam and Dr. Trousers have sexual history upon the downfall of Adams relationship with Jean. Much like his husband, Adam despises Dr. Trousers for what he has done to him and his husband, and plans to expose his crimes to the public. The doctor feels nothing towards Adam.

Tim

Tim was roped into Dr. Trousers twisted world through blackmail. Tim is responsible of disposing of the corpses and cleaning the clinic once Dr. Trousers has had his fun.
