A very jolly, extroverted airhead. When something she knows a lot about is brought up she can talk about it for hours, but if it’s something new to her she will always ask questions about what something means. She's a well known individual as a result of how many people she has interacted with.

She has the tendency to buy a lot of different types of clothing. Her wardrobe has a lot of clothes she doesn't wear because she just has too many.

Yue’s life was always simple and carefree. When she was growing up she was very good friends with a girl named Eclise. The girls always loved doing stuff together, and eventually both of them got astronomy as a hobby. Although Yue was very empty headed, Eclise always was glad to explain which planets were what, which constellations were which, and even how tides were affected by the planets. Yue being young and oblivious didn’t even know what tides were, and Eclise eventually went on saying how the moon’s gravitational pull would affect the water levels, and it was prominent as it was important for certain jobs like fishers and sailors. Yue, amazed by how smart Eclise was, asked her what it was like. Eclise didn’t know exactly how to say it but said she should consider giving it a try when she’s older, and she would be willing to help predict if the tide was going to be high or low.

After a few years passed, the girls kept in contact with each other, although it was always Yue asking how the water would be for the upcoming days, as because of Eclise’s words and knowledge started fishing and became a sailor. Eclise would always give her an accurate reading the following night by looking at the moon (which is the only time Eclise is always right about something). Yue always gave her an extremely happy tone of thanks to her for always being there even when it’s for silly things such as this.
