Brenda is an employee of the Control Team in Lobotomy Corporation. She is sharp-tongued, short-tempered, and short in general. Her best quality is standing up for herself, although it tends to lead to bouts of selfishness... She also has a soft spot for crime dramas and girls (Haru in particular). She often takes the role of the everyman, questioning all the weird and stupid things her co-workers do (especially John).
Brenda was born in the backstreets and had been an orphan for as long as she can remember. She had to fend for herself and managed to rent a dingy apartment room using her savings from doing various odd jobs. She liked playing with other street kids, but after seeing how they often go missing one by one, she became more closed-off and adopted a survivalist mindset. Even so, she doesn't go to such lengths like Basil does to survive. Instead, she prefers escaping dangerous situations altogether.
She is quite afraid of death and injury, so she often stays in the back ranks, dishing damage with guns. But eventually, she learned to have a bit more courage by hanging out with John, Haru, and Parker. Even to the point where she's finally brave enough to help others and not just herself.
In Library of Ruina, she is reawakened in the Floor of History, and retains most of her memory from the many timelines she spent in Lobotomy Corporation. She is baffled as to how everyone she knows seems to just accept the past tragedies they inflicted on each other from back in the Corp. Especially seeing how she's on the same floor as Basil (who she totally did not trust).
As time passes, she changes from being her cowardly and selfish self in Lobotomy Corporation, into being someone that has pride in herself and how she's able to help others. She even started understanding Basil, relating to him as fellow abandoned children.
For now, she is honing her skills in receiving guests to prevent her and her co-workers' past death in the Corp.
