Lisian is a harpy who takes pleasures in the little things in life. She is very sure of herself, and she tends to invite herself into other people's life. If someone else seems to be having a good time, then she wants to be a part of it!

Lesser Moon Maiden
Lisian's abilities are improved during the night. Her powers are greatest during the full moon and weakest during the new moon. She loses all power during lunar eclipses.

Lisian can fly using her wings (and black magic -- there's no way that her wings are actually aerodynamically efficient).
Gusts of Gusto
Lisian's magic is wind-based. She can create small gusts of wind and weak vortexes. Her magic appears shadowy.
Vice Grip
Lisian's hands/claws are extremely powerful. Once she grabs something, it is very hard to make her release whatever she is holding unless Lisian voluntarily relaxes her hand.

Canon History
In the main oc universe, Lisian is a major protagonist in a well-known comic series called "Chroma Pricks". She serves as a source of comic relief and is known to carry other characters through impossible situations with her black magic.
While her demeanor comes off as a bit disingenuous, she is actually expected to act foolishly in her social circle. Her father is the royal clown of the the court, and he is essentially responsible to come up with different antics to keep the important people entertained. As such, she is identified to be "the daughter of the fool". Lisian also has a sister who is renouned for her beauty, but their relationship is quite strained.
Lisian inherited her lighthearted, romantic nature from her dad, but unlike her dad, she also has a rebellious streak in her personality. Rather than using her wit to entertain others around her, she has purposefully went out of her way to be a nuisance (she won't admit it, but it's her way of getting revenge from the years of being mocked and teased). The royal court usually doesn't want her around, and she's perfectly fine with that. After all, this allows her to explore the outside world. Perhaps there's an adventure waiting to be had...
Character Trivia
- She actually has 4 horns on her head in her original form, but she prefers sporting wings on her head because her older sister has wings on her head and she looks up to her sister
- Her greatest personality weakness is that she is clingy
- She loves eating food and will steal food from other people's plates.
Artist's Notes
Lisian can shapeshift, so it's fine if you want to take artistic liberty when you draw her!
- She can have hands - the pink claws can be translated into pink fingers if that's easier for you to draw.
- She can have 3, 4 or 5 fingers/claws. I'm not picky lol
- The wings are essentially a part of her arms. Wing anatomy is totally flexible, but as a rule of thumb, the secondary and primary feathers separate roughly at the elbow or forearm and the wing tips terminate at her wrists. Again, don't worry too much, as there is no "correct" wing anatomy here.
- Her eye pupils are star shaped!
- Her tail can be have scales - I just don't draw them because I'm lazy
- Her body is covered with short fur. She is fuzzy like a peach.
Roslyn
[ Traveling Companion ] Humans and monsters don't usually get along with each other, so they usually avoid each other. However, Lisian is curious about the human world - are they really as bad as the monsters say they are? Plus, Lisian is super bored, so experiencing something new is a great way to pass the time!
Finnegan
[ Acquaintence ] Lisian recognizes Finnegan from the times that he wanders around in the demonic noble courts. However, she doesn't know him personally.
