He presents himself as a warmhearted person who is willing to listen to whateer you want to say to him. His movements are confident and solid, but when you ask him to make a decision on behalf of someone else, he will hesitate. It's also really hard for him to pinpoint what his preferences are, so he prefers it if other people made choices for him. His moral compass isn't super refined, and he derives his general sense of good and bad based on the reactions of others around him.

Canon History
Prior to being a "fallen angel," Finnegan was an angel who originally served under a certain celestial bureaucracy. He represented the virtue of JUSTICE, and he was referred to as such. Under the influential oligarch, he passed judgement on those who failed to abide by the rules written by the tongues of the few. JUSTICE had no sight, but while he could not see the pleading hands of his victims reaching out during their last moments, he could always hear the pitiful noises of anguish. JUSTICE had no room for kindness, only punishment.
His job was to merely follow the guidelines set in front of him, but the rules were constantly bent to the benefit of the influential. He was only a tool. He wasn't authorized to think.
A mysterious cloaked figure appeared before him in the courthouse with a simple offer. Apparently, this mysterious figure punished 5 fugitive miscreants within the region, and exchange for his good deeds, he wanted to give JUSTICE the ability of sight. It was a strange request, but the exchange was fair according to the weight scales that he used in his job.
When JUSTICE received his sight, he also received independent will. Eventually, he came to realize that without MORALITY, JUSTICE would never have a proper direction. Disoriented and conflicted, he confronted the leaders of the oligarch and presented his thoughts on morality. JUSTICE decided to exile himself from the celestial bureaucracy to search and call back MORALITY.
JUSTICE discarded his lavish robes and donned common garments. After picking a new name, he set off on his quest to find MORALITY.
Story is definitely subject to change! But this is what I have right now :D
I guess now he has to go on a path of self-discovery to figure out what Justice is.
Artist's Notes
Finnegan essentially has 3 layers of hair: the yellow front portion swoops up and partially covers his forehead, the green middle portion roughly covers the top of his head, and the red portion covers the crown and back of his head. Red feathers underline his lower eyelids. Finnegan has 3 helix piercing on each ear, and the earrings themselves are reminiscent of wing-like extensions. On his body, Finnegan wears a white pintuck shirt, a black caplet, a black and yellow stole (that can double as a small backpack), fingerless gloves, black pants, loose suspenders, and buckle boots.
