Backstory

Spark is simply an alternate version of Robyn, who has been thrown into the Forgotten Prince universe. Despite this, she has a unique personality derived from her time in Subcon Forest.

When little, she was cursed to become a dragon after stealing and hoarding gold. When people started to hunt her down, she decided to become a hunter herself. She became a bounty hunter and did jobs for treasure instead of stealing it. Occasionally teaming up with others, she earned a lot of gold, including her beloved crown. One day, her partnered bounty hunter turned on her, and she was slain by thier sword.

Heartbroken from betrayal, she failed to pass on and became a ghost. Like Snatcher, she had a monstrous form and consumed souls to fill the void in her heart. Fortunately, Robyn was "grounded" earlier during her monstrous phase, and doesn't have to rely on the consumption of souls to live. She continued roaming the Earth as a rogue, doing whatever she wanted.

This is when she was found roaming Subcon Forest. Being careless, she stumbled into one of Prince Snatcher's traps, and was unable to escape the power of his pocket dimension magic, and evidentially, his contracts. According to him, since she was already undead, he couldn't really separate her soul from her body... since her soul is her body. So without leverage, he opted for a full blown minion contract, instead of a simple service one. Without really having a choice, Robyn signed her life away and was given the nickname "Spark" for her attitude and her status as a dragon. Prince also made sure to take away her crown, because apparently only he was allowed to have one.

Unfortunately, Snatcher's contract had a negative side effect on her. Most of her body became covered in shadow, hindering some of her abilities and completely corrupting her dragon form. An incident involving her dragon form is the cause for the forever-burning part of Prince's forest. There are severe limitations to her powers now written into her contract, and she must have permission and assistance from Prince if she ever wants to use them.

Spark ended up working for Prince Snatcher for years, getting to know him and the residents of Subcon Forest. She kept hearing rumors about his backstory from the other minions, and while some were heavily exaggerated, she was able to determine that the frozen part of Subcon had something to do with his death. Her curiosity had her dig for more information, prying the minions and even investigating parts of the forest. She eventually discovered the truth, that Prince Snatcher was murdered by someone he used to love. 

Her resentment toward him for being so cold and bossy turned to into sympathy and respect. Ever since she figured out the truth, she dedicated herself to her work and eventually earned the title of "head minion". She never once dared mention his past, or her own for that matter. What mattered was that they had a job to do and a kingdom to run.

Relationships

Prince Snatcher  [ Boss ]

If Robyn didn't have anything better to do with her time, she would have resented Prince more for capturing her. Though, from the moment she met him, she felt they were similar in an... ethereal way. She didn't appreciate his bossiness and often fought with him, but it only seemed to amuse him. Even though he was a soul snatching demon, he seemed to care for his minions, including her. It made her feel... wanted. Ever since she had learned about his tragic past, she felt sympathy toward him, starting to care for him deeply. Spark has grown very fond of her boss, and will remain his loyal right-hand until the end of time.

Hat Kid  [ Friend ]

When Hat Kid first appeared in Subcon, Spark knew she wasn't going to be like the rest. Prince was so preoccupied with the Time Pieces that he wasn't paying attention to how much Spark was assisting the little girl in his contracts. Spark adored the kid, and was extremely entertained when she kicked her boss's butt in the arena. It was about time Prince's ego got a good whack. The two have remained good friends; it was nice to have another girl around to talk to. However, Spark did not appreciate it when Hat Kid teased her about having a crush on Prince. The little gremlin refused to let it go, no matter how much Spark insisted nothing will ever happen between her and her boss.

Prince Moonjumper  [ Enemy ]

For the most part, Prince Snatcher has steered Spark away from Moonjumper, but she knows he exists and that he is bad news. Anything that concerns Snatcher, being as powerful as he is, will concern her too.
