Important Details:
Tattoos: His dark blue ink tattoos change placement quite often, they can exist anywhere on his body and take different shapes. Most often they exist as inky intertwining tendrils, and they have thoughts of their own. (Petrichor's middle name, Mazarine, is this ink beings bestowed name.)
Horns: His horns arc back and upward, they arc also slightly inward. Texturely they are more like stone than keratin or typical horn. The construction is highly inspired by crystaline Rhodochrosite. They are an opaque red. Sometimes the tips are sharpened and other times very slightly filed for maintenance and safety.

Summary:
Distinguished, stylish, and a gentleman, but on the drop of a dime can turn wild, relenting to feral and emotional urges. Winged, clawed, and unbound by fear he can surely be intimidating in these moments.
Petrichor M. Faradeig has taken up teaching at Waystation Academy for Exceptional Students in the last 5 years (in part due to an affliction challenging his health, keeping him from roughing it on larger than life eldritch excursions). His departments including Arcane Studies & History. His specific favorite focus is on the Eldritch or Preternatural.
He also enjoys photography, almost always carrying a camera along even in and especially in the most dangerous of situations. He is an Tiefling, although was not born so. Up until recently he was never forthright on the details, so much so that for a great deal of time there were undispelled rumors that this feral tiefling might be a true infernal demon.
Petrichor is patient with students during class but his teaching style is a little haphazard. He's got a lot of fascinating information to share, makes sure to take his students mental and physical health into account but follows whatever format or topic satisfies him in the moment so classes turn out a little unstructured, full of tangents. Any lesson plans out the window by the end of a semester. (He has adhd ok)
He loves his sharp styles, and is very particular about what he wears! Mostly 3 piece suit & jacket combos. It is very rare to see him in casual wear, the extent of him dressing down in public often looks like a vest with no tie. His pinterest is full of style inspiration.
Also he totally doesn't have an ex that he's been running from for years. (I love her and she did nothing wrong)
