• Waylon's design was mostly inspired by a redesign I created of Wu Chang from Identity V.
• His birthday is May 21st.

• Without his clothes on he is visibly quite skinny and unhealthy.
• He wears black knee-high socks with garters under his robes.
• His wings are proportional to his body size and he can fly with them.
• His hair is shoulder length.

Waylon prioritizes himself above others greatly. He will do almost anything to get ahead of others and don't care who's hurt in the process. This is why Waylon does what he does. He cares only for increasing his social hierarchy, and everyone who's pushed down is simply collateral damage and doesn't matter. He doesn't necessarily take joy in hurting others, but he doesn't mind either. In Waylon's mind this is just how the world works, and how those who are in power got there.He's also very cunning and planning. He will hold grudges and plan revenge for years, pretending to be friends with someone before finding the opportune moment to drop them for his own benefit. He knows he is selfish and would be considered cruel by most, so he will put on a facade of being caring and loving and respectful, but it's just that: a facade.
