• If you have purchased my designs or commissioned art of them, then resale or voucher is allowed for the amount spent. The exception is if the design is part of a closed species that prevents resale without appraisal or otherwise; the group’s guidelines should be followed first.
• I don’t issue refunds after designs are sold. 
• You may retrade or gift my designs to others. Gifted designs are generally discouraged from being traded until you’ve added your own art or commissions to the worth of the design.
• My designs are not for commercial use. You’re free to make personal merch (charms, stickers, etc) of your OCs, but they should not be sold for a profit or otherwise be used in commercial products/services. This includes VTubing and so forth. At the moment I’m not sure if I’m open to negotiating commercial usage fees, but if you have a question about it, you’re free to ask.
  • I will never mint my art to any blockchain and I do not allow it to be used for NFTs or other cryptocurrency purposes.
• Gender, presentation, and such are typically left up to the buyer. 
• You may redesign my designs, but please do not draw over or alter the original adopt art without my permission. It would be nice to ask me if you want to make any huge changes (or to make into/void from a species), but it's not strictly necessary, and changes like altering hairstyle, clothing or gender presentation do not need to be approved (by me, though they may need to be approved by moderators if they are part of a closed species). 
  • However, you may not use redesigning as an excuse to whitewash my designs, make fat designs skinny, or otherwise alter them in a way that could be markedly bigoted or insensitive. Please use your best judgment and be courteous. 
  • Please make sure to make a backup copy of the original adopt if I do give you permission to edit the base design. I may not always hold on to the original myself! In a similar vein, please be sure to keep my credit on or near my artwork, especially if uploaded to other websites. 
• NSFW art of my designs is permitted if you, the owner, are over 18 years of age and the character is clearly an adult. Any art of this nature should have proper age restriction when uploaded per Toyhouse rules. Characters with NSFW artwork cannot be traded to minors.
• My designs may not be used to promote bigoted, hateful, or otherwise harmful ideology or subject matter. To clarify, I do not mind 'dark' or sensitive topics in OC lore, within reason - but the moment it crosses over into inflammatory material or potentially harming actual people, it's not OK. This includes but is not limited to promoting LGBTphobia, racism, antisemitism, pedophilia, etc. 
• Repeated violation of these terms or one egregious offense (e.g. breaking the above rule)/trading my designs to people who are known to engage in rule-breaking behavior may blacklist you from owning my designs and access to my services in the future. 
• My terms largely reflect Toyhouse's own rules about hate speech, sexual content, etc. If you’re using the site, you should be familiar with them regardless. As long as you’re following the rules, you should be fine.
• In the end, I am not liable for what others may do with my designs once they're out of my hands.
• These terms may be updated at a later date.
