Lukier is endlessly supportive and tends to be a catalyst that makes Captain's dumb impulsive ideas come to life even if he's clearly against them; Lukier is also probably the only person who doesn't mind Captain's extremely chaotic and inappropriate behavior in the slightest; he's also lowkey jealous whenever Captain picks anyone else over him in any situation but tries not to show it and feels bad about it.
Lukier convinced the team to take Puszymir home on one of the missions when the monster was a tiny fluffy baby, Puszymir thinks Lukier is his mom.
They spend a lot of time together mostly because Rigel tends to vent a lot and Lukier is the only person willing to listen or give advice without outright laughing at him, there's actually not much emotional involvement from Lukier's side but he usually appreciates the company; Rigel still manages to get on Lukier's nerves sometimes becuse there's no one in the world who would be able to fully tolerate Rigel's complete lack of tact.
The only person Lukier is not nice to and feels the need to compete with; Gloster is friendly but Lukier dislikes him because his girlfirend cheated on him with Gloster a few years back; they're both soft so their direct confrontations always consist of nothing more than some passive-aggressive exchanges but Gloster's presence brings out the worst in Lukier and he can get even more impulsive and careless than Captain to prove his point.
She's a peacemaker between Lukier and Gloster, tries to stop them from doing stupid shit to show off; Lukier was doing his best to make Lawenda feel accepted for the short amount of time she was in his team and felt a bit offended when she decided to switch teams and the fact that she was convinced by his rival made him even more salty, he doesn't show it or hold it against her though and they remain friends.
Helios was a recruit in Region 13 for a short amount of time.
