- Monster hunter in the worst team in the unit
- Often has quite rational remarks about their missions and general safety but it always just makes him look like a coward
- Used to be the only team member without a nickname but was told by the captain to think of something to be cooler so he took some random "which star are you?" quiz on the internet and that's how his nickname came to be
- He's a huge simp and everyone makes fun of him for that
- No tact at all
- Went as far as convincing Tawny to infect him with his parasite so he could also look cool and have "superpowers", but then it turned out he would have to eat people to look cool so he settled for just superpowers

Relationships
Good friend / Teammate;
they spend a lot of time together mostly because Rigel tends to vent a lot and Lukier is the only person willing to listen or give advice without outright laughing at him, there's actually not much emotional involvement from Lukier's side but he usually appreciates the company; Rigel still manages to get on Lukier's nerves sometimes becuse there's no one in the world who would be able to fully tolerate Rigel's complete lack of tact
Good Friend / Ex-teammate;
Lawenda comforted Rigel when he was struggling while temporarily in command and he became her first friend on the team and in this job in general; He had a crush on her and it was the only time he decided to let the relationship grow first, but she switched teams before he had the chance to make a move and gave up afterwards, but they remain friends
Friend / Teammate;
Captain randomly made Rigel second in command becasue it was formally needed so someone could sit with him st the table at a meeting, but Rigel isn't fit for the position at all
