Lord Moon

Lord Moon is one of the Heavenly Lords, supreme deities and personifications of the concept they take their title-names from. Moon is a member of the Patterned Sect of Lords, a medium-sized group that wields immense power over natural processes. He spends his time in close partnership with Lord Sun watching over the Earth and guarding it from outside forces.
Moon appears in many myths. In one, he finds the lost eye of the Monk and uses his staff to enlarge it to the size of a planet. That empty husk later becomes the Earth.
He is the patron of fishermen and sailors.

Aspects
Like most Lords, Moon has alternate forms depending on which aspect is being invoked. Regardless of which aspect Moon is, Moon is always referred to as Lord Moon, and not the title of the aspect.
Tsukiyo (月夜) [Illusion]
This aspect of Moon takes the form of a young man in a shimmering robe. He shields the Earth from interfering in greater matters by wrapping it in a grandious dream. He is a well-intentioned trickster.
Gekko (月光) [Clarity]
This aspect of Moon takes the form of an elegant woman with tied pale hair. She illuminates the truth when hope seems lost. When you call to her, she remains a silent observer.
Relationships
Yahaayi [ familiar ]
Swimming in the pool of the sky, the black fish never interferes in anything directly but the ripples of his actions occasionally reach the shore. He is the type to keep his enemies close enough that they never find him.
Lord Sun [ partner ]
Sun is the only Lord to whom Moon is always honest. The ever-changing Moon admires the steadfast surity of Sun. They are the first and last barriers the Earth has against the Outer Lords of the far reaches of reality.
Makoto [ rival ]
A human who's declared her intention to defeat Moon, she's the most interesting thing on this side of the Milky Way. Moon's fond of her. He's interested in her audacity so he gets in her way wherever he can, trying to see if she'll ever give up.
