  Always seen with cold demeanour, he seems to care for his loved ones (especially his grandson Katsuhiro, although there's a strong tough love dynamic between the two). Norikazu lost his son and daughter-in-law in a murder by other clan, leaving him to raise Katsuhiro by his own.
    Norikazu owns a tea house at Sotenbori and used to own a musical company in the 80s. The main reason why he used to work at the music industry was to protect young girls from abuse.
