A carefree man but takes his role seriously when it's necesary. Despite his grandfather, Norikazu Kurokawa that was against Katsuhiro joining the yakuza crime world, he joined anyways. His decision was made as owe for being raised within the Alliance and his Clan's headquarters.
When he's not under any duties, he spends his time as lead singer of a punk/post-hardcore metal band.
