Dr. Daedalus works for both the government and government rebels, not choosing one side (though ae do not disclose this to any party ae work with who is outside of aer personal bubble), which ae gain quite a pretty penny from doing.
Ae were involved in an incident back in 2020 where one of aer early robots blew up in aer face and caused a nasty, lifelong burn down the left side of aer face, neck and arm. Due to this incident, aer left eye was permanently blinded, as well as aer left ear being completely deafened.
A few years after (approximately 2026) ae did what any smart person would do and invented the world’s first fully-functioning robotic eye, as well as the world’s first most concealed cochlear implant.
