秋弦 (Qiu Xian) meaning autumn strings. Can be thought of almost like being under a tree and a lea leaf falls on one of the strings of an instrument!

Pushover? Nah... Ok,,, maybe... Xian is overall a rather nice and passive person! He is both calm and the type to listen to others problems. He's watched too many shows and figured out how to listen to others efficiently. When facing problems, he tends to be quiet and reflects on the issues internally; rarely ever addressing the issue aloud. In saying this, he's not exactly the best at taking care of himself, having been looked after almost his whole life. To be honest, he's kind of like a clueless sheep in the middle of a shopping mall.

Though he's surprisngly smart, he's pretty chill and goes with the flow. He'll gladly follow others around and is very agreeable; a pushover! Because why fight for a role that someone else is motivated to perform?

Though money doesn't solve everything, he kinda just throws it without regard for how much its truly worth. Rich kid problems I suppose.

There's a general rumour that floats around socialites and the opulent. One that is whispered among galleries and dance floors.

The rumour goes as follows:

There is a particular family tied to the mob. Or maybe illegal experiments for the government. Perhaps manufacturers of bio-chemical weapons. Or maybe they control the poker machines in Asia. Rumours suggest they have an influence over governments and political bodies. Whether its true or not is not known. All that is known, is that they're incredibly stupid rich. Rich to a point where taking 10 minute plane rides are as common as a cab ride, and that eating at luxury restaurants is valued the same as a box dinner. Somehow, this wealth has continued for generations despite no one truly knowing its origins.

Xian was primarily raised by his uncle in a massive family, constantly being surrounded by countless relatives in China. Studying within the mainland, he still had the opportunity to explore the world with his uncle, attending various functions and getting to know those in power.

But he isn't really interested in it! Xian wants to explore the world and if that includes being a broke college dorm student, he'll do it!

So... Being a broke college dorm dweller is one thing. But not knowing how to cook is quite terrifying! What's even more terrifying is almost burning your student dorm down because you didn't know that you can't leave a metal spoon in your take out, in the microwave, for 15 minutes to heat up. Trying to live like a regular student from iconic American TV shows, how could Xian possibly pay it off?

Luckily for him, a law student knew how to dig him out of such a mess.

Design Notes

  • Eyes are brown but when light hits them they shine a gold hue.
    • I almost always draw him with gold eyes though because I think they're pretty,, , ,
  • Is originally an OC from SKY:COTL! Hair is based on grateful seashell collector, but it is not as rigid as the spirits. It's more fluffy and soft!
  • Nice skin without makeup, smh.
  • The nails on his left hand are trimmed down significantly more than his right due to guitar.
