  DESCRIPTION   

The Meteorologist is a tall and slender Slugcat, gifted with the power of lightning. She is able to give metallic objects (such as Spears) a charge, which will only leave it if it leaves her hands. She is able to melee (use a spear without throwing it) enemies at close range, allowing her to use this power of hers. She is also completely immune to all electrical damage, including end-of-Cycle electricity in The Leg. For the price of one food pip, The Meteorologist can summon a timed one-room rainstorm/electrical storm from the cloudy puff on her head.

  PERSONALITY   

The Meteorologist is a strict and no-nonsense Slugcat, with a will of iron. She is adamant about everything that she does, and it is quite hard to make her change her ways (even if she is proven wrong). She is a noble beast, attempting to help anyone around her (even if she so happens to hate them, as she does most other creatures). She is scared of bombastic or excitable creatures, because they are harder to track and predict.

  HISTORY   

The Meteorologist came from a far away place a long time ago. She refuses to divulge any information on that place. Other than that, she lives in The Leg, watching individuals travel it. She quite dislikes The Atemporal, who also lives in The Leg and often runs into her.
