an alien that showed up in castella city one day. xie constantly hangs out with alexis, and follows them around whenever they wander castella city. why or how they ended up in the city is a mystery, and if questioned about it, they only ever give vague & unhelpful answers. not that alexis seems to mind, though.
xie has the capability to speak, which xie quickly picked up after mimicking alexis; however, xie prefers to communicate nonverbally via writing or sign language, especially in public areas where their odd buzzing voice often draws unwanted attention.

Design notes
- three small orbs of light follow them around. cosmo seems to have some level of control over them
- they always carry their flashlight with them, and have an attachment to it. it comes in handy too, since alexis often gets them into situations where it's necessary
- one of hir antlers is missing its branch
