Ezekiel's Links
...He's ridiculously overprotective of Circe. Realistically, he doesn't need to be, and Circe is far stronger than he, but that doesn't stop him. Circe means a great deal to him - some sort of god or sibling greatly above him. All he's certain of is he'd die for Circe and her ideals. Zeke is proud to call himself Circe's most dedicated follower and is attached to very few else, staying with her stolen shrine and quietly awaiting her returning. He had been scared, even terrified of Circe when they first met, but now he mourns her banishment as a loss of a close friend.
While good at faking aloofness, Circe is easily as codependent towards Ezekiel as he was to her; the quiet but obvious fear and doubt-free obedience was something Circe had never experienced before, and she grew attached to the poor thing that she had freed. She doesn't think about him every day, but sometimes in quiet moments, she is hit with sad nostalgia for Ezekiel. When in power, she had to always be around Ezekiel, to remind her of the strength her side held -- he was perhaps the closest thing Circe had ever had towards a friend, and she misses him.
Zeke likes the girl. While mostly concerned with his own well being or Circe's, he's accidentally encountered Noelle more than once, as she lives in the only big town near Ponza (and therefore Aeaea) and he needs to go there for supplies. She's very shy and he hopes that she has more friends than just him, because he isn't even there all that often anyway. Still, the younger ink has got a bit of a charm about her.
A... more than weird sort of Inkdrian. Zeke comes from that strange haunted forest - Ponza or whatever - and frequents Noelle's town for supplies for his own dwelling, which was how they met. They're friends of a sort, stumbling across each other once when they were both running out for supplies, though perhaps you'd call them more of acquaintances. In any case, both of their reserved natures sort of... clicked. Noelle finds Zeke nice enough, even though he's... *very* strange.
What a self centered little bi-- er, prick! Ezekiel hates Stargazer a lot, perhaps more than he should after having to deal with them coming to the shrine for so long to pick up bodies. But really, he just can't stand them, especially because he KNOWS they have something to do with Circe's banishment he just-- doesn't know *what*. As much fun as it is to yell at Stargazer whenever they come by, Zeke kind of hopes for the day when Circe comes back just so Star will be too scared to come to the shrine anymore-- though maybe that'd be a bit of a loss. If he could just have any serious answers from the mysterious legendary for once, that'd be nice.... like where Circe is, you fuckin biTC--
Stargazer used to hate Zeke. Like, absolutely abhor him - he was Circe's right hand man, after all. However after Circe's banishment, he sort of.. fell under the radar and Stargazer forgot about him.
Until he started killing inkdrians at random to get their attention.
At first it was awful, and then it became annoying, and now it's just part of Star's every day routine.
Wake up, check to see if Zeke has murdered anyone, check on Dreamweaver, check again, go about their duties- ah. There it is. Time to come up with some stupid excuse as to where Circe is.
Stargazer just... hopes it stays this way, and that he doesn't ever find Circe, because if he does, everything will change for the worse. Stargazer hasn't forgotten what Zeke used to be like, they just.. don't want to remember.
