Retro inspired park ranger who is unknowingly watched and protected by the forest's local cryptid!
Genuinely empty in the head, June is a do it first and ask questions later kind of guy. He prefers to live life simply day by day and enjoy the small things as they come.

🌲He has asthma and braces but if you bully him he probably won't notice because he's too busy looking at animal tracks.
🌲He likes to collect anything from cool stuff he finds in the woods, to patches and pins on his jacket, to tattoos + piercings across his body!
🌲He was an absolute punk growing up. It's hard to find clues of that in his open, friendly demeanor, but he still maintains his old anarchist values and the ability to fucking shred on a skateboard. Because of this, June has no intention of coming forward himself nor letting anybody else who comes into contact with Magpie go to higher authorities; People can't even handle each other, how could they possibly handle Maggie?
🌲Happening upon Maggie's presence was the reason for both his most recent relationship (out of fear and a desire for protection against Magpie), and then it's eventual breakup upon realizing he was legitimately happier spending time with this nonverbal cryptid than a partner who expects him to engage in contentious intellectual banter
