A cryptid that lives peacefully in a large forest that falls under a park where Juniper works as a ranger.

Magpie is a highly intelligent creature, easily comparable to a human mind, however living in a forest surrounded by wild life makes his behavior quite animal like. But there is much more going on in his head than one would expect.

Although Magpie does not lack the intelligence, he has no understanding of human language. He is capable of learning it, but it is physically impossible for him to speak it.

He is omnivorous and only kills animals for food, otherwise he coexists with them. If some lost humans stumble upon him in the forest he will slink away and hide from their sight, however if they are agressive towards him he will not hesitate to protect himself.

• The reason why Magpie started to be interested by Juniper is due to him being so warm and open and the tone of his voice.
• Magpie is a nickname given to him by Juniper! And Juniper's reasoning was the act Magpie likes collecting shiny things or whatever catches his interest.
• And from Magpie it turned into Maggie, Mag and Pie. Magpie enjoys all those names.
• Likes to sit very still and just watch the wildlife around him go on about their lives. He finds it very relaxing and can do it for hours on an end
