Apple seeks adventure and new discoveries. She feels lucky to have been given life, and seeks to appreciate every little bit of the one she lives. Her father, Malus, who's a tree and can't move doesn't have this liberty. She explores for the sake of understanding just how much there is to appreciate, and to tell her father all about it when she returns.
However, being an outlier is not so simple. Along the way she learns new perspectives, and encounters a range of foes. The moon that is brought to bring balance to this world sends a knight to elimate the 'imbalance', seeming to mistake Apple for the greedy king Porcelain. Porcelain is the one trying to freeze over the world, and Apple is only trying to stop it, only to end up in another fued with the moon knight. Will Apple prevail..?

Father
Malus is Apple's father, who traveled across a whole other dimension to bring her to life. He made Apple in an effort to create something he WANTED to create rather than being forced to be a life force for other beings against his will. He supports her every course of action, but Apple may sometimes feel a lack of structure in his advice. They love each other unconditionally nonetheless.
Unlikely friends
Apple and Gloomeow stumbled upon eachother in battles over Porcelain freezing over lands and Apple fighting to take it back. After Apple shows Gloomeow that being a brute isn't her only purpose, Gloomeow becomes her aid in stopping Porcelain from trying to freeze over any more of the planet. Gloomeow finds a comfort in Apple that Apple would never know. The freedom Apple chooses to be herself, something Gloomeow can only dream to know...
