Reb(ecca) Droken

Rebecca is Brutus's younger sibling and hatched in the same clutch as her. Reb and Brutus were a dangerous duo when they were kids and often got up to trouble in Raarkajkr – Brutus willing to fight anything that looked at her wrong and Reb egging her on from the sidelines. Reb has since mellowed out a bit, but around Brutus he can still slip into the more chaotic and mischievous side of his personality. Reb and Brutus are considered to be the nerdiest of their siblings, but are nerdy in different ways. While Brutus is a magic nerd and can spend hours poring over books on the subject, Reb is a literature nerd and has read every classic text known to Pippaf multiple times over, analyzing them to the inth degree. Perhaps due to this, Reb often talks very proper and lyrical (much more so than Brutus who is legitimately part of a royal house). She has a great voice for telling stories and is also a fairly adept actor. Reb would probably be able to talk circles around other creatures if he didn’t get flustered so easily.

Although Rebecca will always whine a bit when he has to do farm work, he quite enjoys doing things around the house, especially cooking! Reb is the best cook in the Droken family, though Brutus is a close second. However, since Brutus has been away at Pyridekk for the last several years, that’s left the job almost entirely up to Rebecca (with Arrius and Florin being awful cooks, and their own mother barely competent). Reb doesn’t mind though because he takes great pride in making delicious and creative meals, and loves experimenting with different cooking techniques and dishes! Still, she misses cooking with her clutchmate Brutus, and always makes an effort to cook a meal with her when she visits. Rebecca loves to bake little treats and pastries for her friends/family.

Many consider Reb to be more social of the Droken siblings, and while he often talks big and certainly doesn’t mind being the center of attention from time to time, he definitely appreciates his alone time as well. Really, Reb is probably just the best at faking interest and engagement. She hates to be inconsiderate of others and fears confrontation, despite her often confident and snappy persona.
