Deliliah and her brother lived their lives in some form of misery, as their home life was terrible and all they really had was each other. Recently, Delilah went off to college, leaving Caliban alone in the house. Even though they talked all the time, the distance and difficulty got overwhelming for the boy, and he ran away. Blaming herself, Delilah went looking for him, refusing to give up even after it became apparent that Caliban was probably already gone. Eventually, on a snowy cliffside, she slipped and fell and lost her life. Even as an FMN she refused to give up on her brother and eventually found him, himself having been turned into a CD. She is determined to maintain their relationship even though they are on opposite sides of a great conflict, as nothing will keep her from protecting him now as she couldn't in life.
