Alecto

For some haughty, unknowing foes, it may be easy to underestimate Alecto. Her miniscule size compared to her battle-mates may make her seem rather unassuming. Those foes' confidence will degrade just as quickly as it is formed- there's a good reason for Alecto's reputation, even among dragons just as violent as her, as "the Slaughterer".

Alecto is well known among the dragons of Amitola for her asocial, grouchy nature, as well as her deep, methodical knowledge of anatomy, specifically that of many creatures the Amitolans encounter while exploring. This comes in handy in multiple ways- when gathering and battling, she makes a very good butcher, and also knows the perfect places to slice into her foes to end them the quickest. The wicked thorns covering her body are perfect for such a purpose. She's well known for being the one to deliver the killing blow on a Roc.

Her normally methodical and careful battling style and quiet personality are broken only under one circumstance- when a foe, or anyone really, insults or degrades her or her allies. This is the one and only thing that can make her lose her temper. There's a good reason Vanekix and Owl will visibly flinch if some smug Serthis calls her tiny.

In addition to her general knowledge of anatomy, Alecto is specifically a skilled and studied expert on the environment and creatures of the Mire. She can battle there alone with relative ease, leading her to be an excellent mentor for those seeking to serve the Arcanist.
