Tang is a burly SeaWing that lives in the SeaWing Kingdom as a painter ant tattoo artist
Tang is naturally artistic and took to exploring her talents at a young age. She is exceptionally detail oriented and can remain occupied with a tattoo job or art piece for hours. Tang likes to talk to people but is easily annoyed. She hates dragonets and finds anyone who talks a lot very annoying (she is unaware of her own attitude) Tang is overall content, kind, but rather grumpy if you meet her at a bad time; otherwise, many know her as a master of her craft and great for advice.
Lore
Tang grew up in the SeaWing Deep palace and moved to a community near the Summer Palace when she was a dragonet. There, she learned how to paint and her talents started flourishing and word of it spread throughout her tribe.
Tang hops between SeaWing communities whenever she's needed for mural painting, tattoo jobs, and sometimes even travels away from the ocean for special opportunities in places like the Sand Kingdom, where tattoos are highly sought after. She lives alone and has no partners, but is very social within the tribe.
Tang paints and does tattoos. Her tattoos and artwork are always very detailed and able to either consist of abstract patterns mimicking the patterns of SeaWing wing patterns and architecture. She is very skilled at realism on scrolls, and her prints sell for quite a lot; many are held as treasures in the Royal SeaWing palaces.

Design
Tang is a bright cerulean blue, with a slightly darker, more teal top scale color. Her underscale colors are sky-blue. Tang's head is rather boxy, with a bowed forehead and boxy stature. She is a large SeaWing, strong but with small finicky talons. Her bioluminescent scales are almost white, and her horns and claws are a blackish-blue.
Being a tattoo artist, Tang has taken to dying all of her webbing and wings a mustard yellow to match her namesake fish. It was painful, but she doesn't regret it for a minute.
Tang wears one golden loop earring in her left ear, and has a streak of black tatoo paint around her eyes like a mask and around the bottom forearm bio scales. This black tattoo paint also dots the knuckles of her talons.
