Just for anyone who ask, I'm currently the new owner of Zoe (Official), I've bought her from Kyen after this user trying to scam her, sadly the proof showed to the Staff on Toyhouse wans't enought to bring them back to her, and I have to upload all the files again.
Actually (at this moment) this account has inactive for the same reason.
