Carol

The younger sister of Frankie, she discovered she had powers when wanting the area she was in to be lighter so she could see better. As the years passed, she practiced with what her powers could and couldn't do, and what else she had. Alongside this, her brother had gone missing for severals years, only showing up again to attack her family. Carol left with the worst injuries, ending up with a scar on her back from her left shoulder to the lower-right of her back. This is permanent, and is also something she doesn't like talking about.

She found her gliding powers when out as Moonlight Rider and fighting Solar Flare on a building roof, he knocks her off, and she expected to fall to the ground a die. But that didn't happen. She learns about her gliding powers and changed her Superhero name and costume, with her costume now having a long black coat that is never done up so it acts like a cape when she is gliding.
