A trapeze artist by day and a preacher by night. Raridon Tindergaze is a semi-popular performer at the Darkmoon Faire, known for his spectacular and flashy shows. He struggles with his reverence to the Old Gods and Y'Shaarj, trying to slow the sha corruption overtaking him.

From the outside, Raridon seems like a quiet, shallow individual. His bright performing persona is starkly contrasted with his abrasive and rude personality. However, years of trauma and repression have made it difficult for him to connect to people. To those he cares for, he's loyal to a fault, willing to overlook practically any flaw to protect his loved ones.
Story
Raridon was once known as Dareli Rosethread, the youngest of the Rosethread house. As a child he often lashed out at people, years of mistreatment and abuse from his family taken out on those around him.
Unbeknownst to him, on a mission with his sister as they both trained for the Knights of Silvermoon, he had been afflicted with the sha. It laid dormant in him for years, eating at every part of his Despair, amplifying his every Doubt.
The Massacre
Everything came to a head one day. The family was stressed with the threat of Deathwing, with his father's work, and with his sister's planned expedition for the Blood Knights. As Raridon was targeted for his father's ire, the sha was finally unleashed. He allowed it to take over as he slaughtered all of the remnants of his house-- except for his sister, Kaliness, who lived despite her injuries.
Corrupted and running from the law, he ran to the Darkmoon Faire. He managed to change his face enough to evade capture and took on a new stage name -- Raridon Tindergaze. For years, he performed in peace, letting the sha corrupt him and feed off the emotional charge of the patrons of the Faire.
Freedom
Years after he was corrupted, he had taken part of a plan to usher forth the Old Gods, led by a man named Narcissus. When the heroes of the campaign cleansed him of the worst of his corruption, his mind was finally freed. He was left broken with the effects still lingering.
Not long after, he discovered that he had been the unwilling heir to a centuries-long curse, ranging all the way back to the early days of Pandaria. After returning the curse to its rightful owners, he was seemingly uncorrupted... until he took on the sha willingly, once again.
Foolishly, he had given up his soul to Y'Shaarj soon after, wanting to save his partner from certain death. After repeated affirmations of who he belonged to, the sha had begun to reclaim his body. He currently struggles with keeping it stable, often keeping himself in isolation.
