A reclusive witch of the mountains, Gutstein is the first to find Shitami when they arrive in the Heaven Prison. She offers Shitami a place to rest and save her progress, as well as give hints to her on where the ancient artifacts may be hidden. Despite being all powerful, Gutstein refuses to fight her, disregarding what the other witches provoke her to do. But what would happen when Shitami is ready to leave?

MISC

• Has Ptosis on her left eye.
• She's quite introverted and well secluded, resulting to her not making friends with most witches in the Heaven Prison. There are very few who actually keep in touch with her.
• She's considered one of the top most powerful witches in the Heaven Prison, but is the only witch that seldom fights — in her time alone, she grows vegetables and extracts meat from her storehouse.
• She has three rose-shaped amulets pinned on her shawl — coordinated by their colors: Clotho the Blue, Lachesis the Yellow, and Atropos the Red. Each are named after the Three Fates as foretold in Greek Mythology, as well as the souls being her "reward" for her becoming a witch.
• Gutstein, as a Daemon of the Harvest, reaps the rewards of what her mentors plant and leave behind, and thus takes on multiple teachers for the improvement of her personal prowess. So far, she has taken teachings from under the Nature Witch, and currently is learning from the Love Witch.
• Her favorite flower is the sunflower — specifically, the Chianti Breed.
• Her favorite drink is red wine.
• Her favorite color is wine red.
