Summary
An outgoing Vaiki from southern Maine, Brooke has always longed for a more exciting life than working for one of the local stores and fighting through crowds of summer tourists. And so, one summer, a teenage Brooke went chasing her dreams; she snuck onto the back of a vacationer's pickup truck and set off with them, heading down south to see the world. It was everything she'd hoped for - Big, exciting, different. And it started her on a path she's not strayed from since, spending time each year hitchhiking across the country to see something new and sharing her experiences online.
Despite this wild (and somewhat reckless) habit of hers, Brooke isn't entirely full of wanderlust - Inevitably, she returns to Maine after each of her adventures, where she keeps a plot of land and a garden, growing fruits and vegetables. Her favorite of these are the strawberries she's kept since she was a child - Though she's tried to no avail to grow citrus trees despite the harsh winters of her New England home.

- Brooke is biromantic and bisexual.
- Somewhat of a tech addict, Brooke always manages to ger her paws on the newest phones. While traveling, she can often be seen taking selfies near the local landmarks which feature her more prominently than her surroundings (and are often further obscured by overuse of filters), which she later posts on her blog.
- While traveling one year, Brooke met another Vaiki, Arden, whom she took a liking to immediately. Dragging her out of her house and on an adventure, the two were quickly joined at the hip... for a little while. Though the two tried to make their relationship work after Brooke returned to Maine, they could never quite manage to keep that initial spark. Brooke's insistence on staying in Maine most of the year to care for for her long-standing garden vs. Arden's newly-developed love of traveling, thrills, and excitement was ultimately the last sign the two needed to see their long-distance relationship was doomed to fail, and the two separated not long after. Though the two don't talk much any more, they at least hold no grudges towards one another regarding their past.
