Prince of a rival kingdom meant to marry the Princess Pearl before her runaway. On a personal quest to seek her out. A known ruthless ruler and a little trigger happy with a sword. Very blunt but speaks in the most extra/flowery way possible. Not well liked but he is pretty. Extra gems are fake and attached purely to make him look really powerful.

(Note: Crown accessory is highly preferred and sits high-ish on the neck, above markings. Red cape, however is optional unless requested/you just feel like drawing a cape on him, thank you!)

(Because I don't have a colored ref of the cape yet, it's red and attached around his neck by a thick, gold rope. He wears it sideways so it drapes over one shoulder.)
