Buford Willis (Werewolf AU)

Buford is a lone werewolf living deep in the forest, trying to live mostly under the radar of humans, until a young woman named Malina stumbled upon him when he was disguised. Malina herself was in a rough situation, being a bride for sale living in fear of her future. Buford ended up disguising himself as a human and winning the bid, whisking her away from her old life, however due to his worry about revealing his identity he faked that he had to leave and instead staying with her in wolf form for awhile. Eventually she would put two and two together, and he would reveal himself to her with thankfully positive results. The two would eventually develop a romantic relationship and have three kids together (Victor, Rogies, and Kass). Buford views himself as Malina’s protector, and whenever he can he accompanies Malina to the nearby town to make sure she’s safe, and is very passive with others during these trips.
