Ashkar (Cetawing)

Ashkar is, in one word, chaotic. She is energetic and impulsive and always racing off to the next adventure. Definitely the type to "bite first, ask questions later", and dives headfirst into any project or challenge ahead of her. Ashkar is friendly and sociable, but can come off as a bit shallow or selfish, as she tends to prioritize her own desires above anything else.

Ashkar was born and raised in Scylasiss. She currently works as a member of the border guard, monitoring the perimeter of the city and keeping tabs on who enters and leaves. Ashkar is fairly knowedgeable about the Pantalan tribes and focuses most of her efforts on the Pantalan edge of the Shore Cetawings' territory.

In her free time, Ashkar enjoys fishing. A number of her vacations have involved sailing out to the open sea and returning with impressive hauls - massive sharks, tuna, sailfish, even small whales. Big-game fishing is something Ashkar is very passionate about, and has even started calling herself a "shark-wrestler". She has plans to fish in other waters, such as the rivers of the Leafwing jungles and the arctic seas ruled by the Icewings.

Ashkar tends to be littered with scars - little nicks and scrapes she's earned over the years. However, there are three that stand out from the rest. Two lay over her left eye and the third tears across her left flank. The story she tells is of a battle against a great beast, but the scars look more like talonmarks than sharkbites.
