Pascal

Pascal, another of the genetic experiments created by Tartar. They were more for utility, taught how to repair electronics and such so that if ever anything broke at any testing facilities they could fix it. They're a friendly and sociable sort, generally amicable to most people. They can be mischievous and a bit of a wind-up merchant, but always in lightheartedness, and rarely take it too far.
