Rosemary Cross, daughter of Nicole Schweitzer and founder of the Judgment Petals. Close friend of Hyacinth, and Chris' mentor. She was raised by a couple in Emerald Town, a city beyond the shores of Arkadia. It was believed there that the city of Arkadia was just a legend to bring hope to the people, awakening Rose's curiosity, as she desired to be in that paradise of hope.

When Emerald Town was attacked, Rose lost her life in an attempt of saving her childhood friend, Tokiri, getting her skull sliced on her right side, losing her right eye. In the desire of protecting her friend Tokiri, Rose accepted the Afterdeath Curse to get back to life, gaining enough power to succeed.

Years after the incident, Rose left Emerald Town to find the city of Arkadia, along with a group of friends she had, but Tokiri didn't want to follow, resulting on Rose and Tokiri taking separate paths. After finding the city of Arkadia, a new life would begin for Rose. Becoming a soldier and being recognized as the strongest, Rose proposed making a squad with the strongest soldiers in the whole city, naming it "The Judgment Petals", choosing Scarlet Dianthus as her first member for them to evaluate whoever would dare to join and challenge them.

Currently, Rose acts as Chris and Zero's mentor, specially since Zero is key to the world's fate, she must strive to guide him towards the right path, as she shoulders the sins she keeps secret.
